Claudia Ganem joined the firm in January 2025 and “has been a member of the Paris Bar since January 2026.
She holds a Master 2 degree in Restructuring of Companies in Difficulty (TRED) from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and is involved in the preventive treatment of difficulties as well as in collective proceedings.
In this capacity, she mainly assists companies, their managers, and shareholders, as well as creditors, buyers and procedural bodies.
She is fluent in French and English.
