Louise joined the firm in September 2025.
She has been a member of the Paris Bar since January 2025 and focuses her practice on corporate restructuring, both in the context of preventive proceedings and insolvency proceedings. She also advises and represents clients in business litigation matters.
Louise holds a Master’s degree (Master 1 and Master 2) in Administration and Liquidation of Distressed Companies, as well as a Diploma in Business Law and Taxation (DJCE) from the Institute of Business Law at Aix-Marseille University.
Before joining the firm, she trained with the law firm Lamoure Rivals, where she specialized in restructuring, and with the insolvency administrators’ office Thevenot Partners.
She assists her clients in both French and English.
